How Long?

Orders are expected to reach their destination between 3-5 working days. However some orders may take up to 10 days if there is an issue with stock availability. If this occurs you will be notified by email and you may cancel your order for a full refund, if delivery is expected to exceed 7 days.

How Much?

Postage and handling charges are based on order total. However, large and bulky items may incur additional freight charges. We will notify you via email before shipping if this is the case. If you have any concerns on postage and handling charges, please don't hesitate to contact us .

How Is It Delivered?

We use Australia Post for most deliveries, therefore we cannot accept any special delivery instructions. For most orders a person is required to accept delivery or the item will be held at your local post office or delivery centre for pickup. If this happens you will be notified by Australia Post to organise pick up from the post office. Additional freight charges apply if re-delivery is required.
