If you have registered for the Customer Loyalty Program in-store with your email address, click here to activate your account. A password will be emailed to you to log in. You can change your password easily by clicking on your name at the top right of the header.

When Will I Receive My Reward Vouchers?

Each dollar spent awards you one reward point *. For new members our customer loyalty program awards a $40 gift voucher for the first 400 points accrued (or $400 spent). After the first 400 points, a reward voucher to the value of $10 is awarded for every 200 points accrued thereafter. Once your account reaches these milestones, you will receive a reward voucher via email. The voucher code is also stored at our Willoughby store so you can choose to spend it online, or in store.

How Do I Join ?

It's free to join. We just need some details from you including an email address. Your email address is important for your online account because you will be emailed a password that will keep your account secure. We also send reward vouchers to your email address to use online or at our Willoughby store.
